Our Vision
Tapestry envisions a world where all life and the earth itself are free from exploitation—a vegan world where anymals, human beings, and the earth are treated with care, dignity, and respect.
Tapestry moves from an understanding that all social justice concerns are interconnected. With roots deep in anymal activism, Tapestry’s branches reach across interfacing causes—environmental degradation (such as climate change, deforestation, and dead zones), world hunger (as related to anymal agriculture), medical concerns (such as zoonotic diseases, antibiotic resistance, heart disease), and human oppressions (such as classism, sexism, and racism).
Our Mission
Tapestry is a vanguard knowledge-generating force working on behalf of change-makers: activists, scholars, and in the Animals and Religion Program, people of faith.
